JimmyFraska 08/20/21 3:54:43 PM #9:	I have a friend who, independent of any US military operation, went as an arm for hire to fight Isis with the kurds in Syria. So, people doing that are there. They're just soldiers though, not Rambo. Theyd pretty much be unrestrained which could give a edge but it would end up in some atrocities for sure. The disadvantage is of course they are not fit or trained.
