First shot for me gave me dead arm for like 36 hours, similar to the flu shot. 2nd shot gave me the shits for a day but didn't hurt nearly as bad, and by evening the 2nd day I felt fine.

Wife's mom is a RN and she said for pain after the vaccine, don't take ibuprofen, but take Tylenol (acetaminophen) instead. I forget what the reason was though.

When I got Moderna, I had bad body aches and chills for a day and a half. No fever though.

Yep, had that the other night. Fever and chills hit right as I was trying to fall asleep. Just agony.

Kudos to you getting your vaccine tc. Hopefully it was Moderna which is starting to shine bright as the best vaccine protection against the Delta variant, but if not youll be fine too!

my first moderna shot made me feel like i took a couple punches to the arm for 3 days.

my second one made me feverish and i felt like i got hit by a truck (and having been hit by a truck, that was not hyperbole)

2 days later i was good to go

Well I'm in the age group that was offered vaccination potential last, and then when I got the option for a period I was away from home, and the vaccination program rollout at the point was a bit of a shitshow and you couldn't schedule your two shots at different locations, so to be sure I scheduled my first show about a month after I could since I knew at the very least the first two weeks of that month I couldn't be home.

Damn. What country? Been able to walk in at most pharmacies out here in the US since like May.
