Honestly, there's really nothing stopping them from trying to get voices... except the fact that this game is apparently really budgeted and most of it probably went to getting the rights to the IP's. They just didn't want to spend extra on voices.
With that said, Power Rangers would also in the same state, except in a worst state but over time (with major fan support) it became 10 times better than what it was with full voice acting (and some of the voices were from the actual actors themselves). So maybe this game can get the same treatment, but it most likely won't. --- DI MOLTO! ... Copied to Clipboard!
