While doing dead lifts, i was on my 4th set when i did my first rep and oof i felt pain so i immediately stopped

I can feel a bit of pain on my lower back through like my thigh and legs too honestly. Fuck, i was having so much fun too ;(

How da fuck did dis happen, I've been doing da same weight for weeks so it wasn't me over exerting myself. I guess my technique must have been wrong at dat one second. Fuck off, weekened ruined.

I'm right now moving and lifting my legs up and down and feel better, lower back does feel sore and weak doe. I hope i can still jog

I also hurt my right wrist lifting dumbells 2 months ago, it hasn't gone away so I'll have to get dat checked too

I know how it happened, my stupid fucking dumbass has been doing deadlifts WRONG. ffs, i've sometimes had my ass way too low so its pretty much was a squat with too much weight on my lower back

fucking hell, weight lifting is dangerous CE. I got scared when i felt pain run though my back and legs, I need to be more careful. I'm scared on working out my back now even doe i think its back to normal now, maybe a lil sore. I'll wait like 3 weeks before i slowly start again, i'll do other weights doe, dat should be ok but in a week doe. Dis is why i want a cute asian chick as my workout partner
