So what if they don't have the same childhood? They can experience the future together. After a certain point age really is just a number. Now gaps like 20-30 or the crazy 50 year gap are more concerning as someone may be getting taken advantage of, but ya know that can happen with people the same age as well. It's a higher chance with the age though. I also don't think people in that huge of a age gap realize how hard it will be when one becomes 80 and the other is still 50/60. But even then, who is to say they just like being around each other and enjoy each others company and love each other.
