I think it's..

A lot of people seem to mix up certain fruits as "vegetables" probably cause they aren't always as juicy as other common fruits..but one of these is actually the only VEGETABLE and not a fruit at all...can you guess?.

Nuts are not typically considered vegetables, but pretty much everything else on there could be. Rhubarb and maybe pumpkin are the main exceptions, since they tend to be used in sweet dishes more so than savory.

They're also all (with the exception of rhubarb) considered fruits, botanically, but the concept of "vegetable" is purely a culinary one, so comparing that against the botanical definition of "fruit" doesn't make much sense.

While not all vegetables are fruits, by definition all fruits are vegetables.

Ironically the only picture that doesn't qualify is 1, as it's a picture of a recipe that contains multiple items including things that are definitively not a vegetable (dairy).

even though it's used in desserts I don't think rhubarb could be anything but a vegetable

Vegetable is a culinary term only.
"Fruit" is used both in the culinary sense and in botanical science. Just because it's a fruit in the latter doesn't make it a fruit in the former, since "vegetable" exists for some of those foods.
If you're talking about vegetables at all, then you're talking about use as a food, so the non-culinary designations are irrelevant.

Tomato, cucumber, squash, bell pepper, zucchini, etc... are all examples of foods that are scientifically a fruit but a vegetable in the culinary sense.
"Vegetable" doesn't even have to be (from) a plant (mushroom gang, checking in).

This has got me thinking, has anyone here used rhubarb in a savory context? I'm sure I could easily find recipes if I went looking for them, but it's overwhelmingly been a sweet thing for me (usually in pies, often with strawberry), and I'm curious about other people's experiences.
