Isiah Whitlock Jr. is one hell of an actor. Normally he is boiled down to just saying shit. I am guessing people will even throw that meme in here. However I saw him on Law and Order and my goodness he was so good. I know he has been on their a number of times. But this was Gunplay, season 15.

He's such a slimy politician, but I can't help but to almost still like the guy. He's so charismatic he can even potentially get the viewer on his side. He mostly plays the same character in every show, the good ol' black dapper guy that likes to swear a lot.
