The end problem is only preventing ICUs from being overfilled with patients. So work on that. Expand the hospital spaces maybe? Accomodate more people?

The surge caused in May was from imported cases of people coming into the country, not an outbreak within the country itself.

I literally just showed you the numbers from Singapore. They are experiencing an increase of new cases, but ~300 cases /day is not a huge surge.

Is it was like the US experiencing ~150000 cases /day, that would be a huge surge.
