You can make small changes, like improve the CGI to make the Battle Droids & Gungans look darker & gritty or change the Gungans voice acting

personally, I would go with remove the scene where Obi-Wan & Qui-Gon use the force to speed up their running aboard the Trade Federation ship at the beginning & escape the Destroyer droids. It was just so bad. There was no reason for it. It looks awful. I would also remove a lot of the ninja stuff from the final fight. Basically, the movie would do what it could to tone down the ridiculous powers the Jedi were given in Episode 1 to match their original role as more of a mystic.

To be fair, Luke used a very fast jump to escape the carbon chamber in ESB. It's not like there's no precedent for force speed.

I cant stand the execution tho. They may as well have added that cartoon sound effect of the feet winding up before a big sudden silly run into the distance.

They just like cheaply PowerPoint off screen and then jog away awkwardly in a blue blur at lightning speed. Every stride sends them dozens of feet forward. They dont look exerted. Or worried. Or surprised. They never do it again. At all. It was awful man truly awful.
