Simp 09/08/21 6:42:55 PM #4:	Used 3 heads of fresh garlic grown by a neighbor and 3 cups of sunflower oil. I made it once before last year with canola and it was good, but the canola gave it a slight off-taste at times. Sunflower oil is so mild there's nothing to fight the garlic, much better imo.
