I am against pitbulls too ever since my rescue mauled one of my little ones, but to call Milan a dog abuser is wrong. He disciplines them, gives them rules and boundaries, etc. Just because he doesn't dress up his dog and let them give him cute doggy kisses and let them sleep on his bed and basically let the dog rule the house doesn't mean he abuses his dogs.

Dogs instinctively like when they feel like they are part of the group and have an owner who is the clear alpha that will give them rules, purpose and fulfillment through work.

The pom that got mauled took about 5 seconds to go limp, then another 5 seconds of twitching on the floor. This was all while I was bashing that fucker's head in with a 2x4. I wish I had my splitting axe nearby.

I had to carry him and I still can't get the image of him being soaked in blood out of my head. I was lucky. I'm sorry for your dog, though. :(

Uhh, no I haven't. I can disagree with his stance, but feel bad for what happened.

And yes, I did. It was irrelevant to the situation, and still is. My dog was mauled and didn't stand a chance, he tried running away immediately after the dog let go the first time.

But if you must know: shortly after the attack, when my dog was still on his medication from the intense pain in his face(he is missing a chunk of his jaw and a bit of face), he snapped at a kitten and it was fatal. I was distracted at the time.

The kitten was trying to play with his face, and he took it wrong. I miss her. She was a sweetheart and deserved better. But I also understand that my dog was going through his own traumatic issues and I should have taken better care and had better awareness.

Now, why don't you tell the class about how you mocked me for telling you this story?
