If they make me come to the office I'll start looking for other jobs.

Office. But we're a government agency, so we never closed. If we telework, we are micromanaged to hell. So I've teleworked maybe 4 days total since the pandemic started lol.

Our whole satellite office shut down (lease was up anyways and we really didn't need it) so I'm permanent WFH.

They are planning to make us come back in February and I will be looking for another job when that happens.

Granted I'm also planning a career change but you know

That sucks

I dont like wfh so I've been back a long time. All of my employees except one has slowly returned as well. They did not like the lack of work/life distinction that comes with wfh. Mostly kids or spouses that made things more difficult. Their work output was similar or better so idgaf where they want to work from but I do enjoy the company in the office.

Never stopped working at the office.

Work from home is the better of the two. I can take calls in my pajamas as much as I can in a suit and not lose any professionalism.
