CE seems to make the argument "you're preventing the spread of the disease to stop hospital overcrowding" and I guess I see that point, but that's not enough for me when everyone I know in my life is vaccinated

Kind of. Or at least I used to. I think I've kind of given up on people's stupidity.
Yes vaccines are great. They prevent you from getting super sick and dying (in most cases). But the vaccine doesn't stop the spread. When hospitals are too full to treat patients, we need to control the spread.
Plus, it's a just a piece a of fabric on your face. Not that big of a deal. If a mask is so horrible for you, you need to toughen up a little bit, cupcake.
