Snake5555555555: Some of the Beatles best songs are on here, but also the medley is hit or miss

Seanchan: Abbey Road is my favorite Beatles album, with the medley being the standout.

VeryInsane: This one used to be a more mid tier Beatles album but I gained some new appreciation for it from this series, just barely off my top ten

CasanovaZelos: My favorite Beatles album (again, this selection of albums is stacked for this to only be my #8). A ton of great singles, and then the "medley" is a phenomenal closer.

Snake5555555555: Another all-time favorite. These songs never get old no matter how many times I play them. It's as rough and harsh as mainstream possibly gets.

Seanchan: Nevermind is such a weird one for me. I listened to this a lot when I was younger and its got a tremendous amount of classic songs. And yet, I never revisit this as much as I should.

Johnbobb: This use to be a favorite, but over time it's dropped a bit, maybe from being overplayed compared to the other big grunge albums? It's still great start to finish, but doesn't hit the way Soundgarden and Pearl Jam do.

VeryInsane: I really dig it but post Polly you have Lounge Act and then a bunch of songs that are nowhere near as good as Lounge Act

CasanovaZelos: End to end hits, I love every song (outside of the bonus track). Even if it might be front-loaded with the singles, the way the 'lesser' tracks flow together is what truly makes Nevermind a classic to me. Few albums feel this cohesive and full of energy.

Snake5555555555: See: The Wall, but even better and more ambitious

Seanchan: Never been a Radiohead fan and this didnt change my mind.

Johnbobb: Also surprised I hadn't listened to this one much earlier! Definitely fits my taste enough.

VeryInsane: This album pulls no punches and is truly worth the hype IMO, phenomenal

CasanovaZelos: Endlessly inventive, a cold mixture of spacy art rock made human by Thom Yorke's delicate performance. Nearly every song here is a classic in its own way, but Electioneering exists.

Snake5555555555: Not a single bad song on this bad boy. 11 slices of perfect pop & rock bliss

Seanchan: This one was a big surprise for me. I was shocked to find I was already familiar with a good chunk of these songs and then the rest is still pretty good too.

Johnbobb: It's hard to say this is a "new" album for me given everything from it is an instant classic, but either way, it's incredible.

VeryInsane: Every song on this is a banger, and its easily my favorite album we have done so far.

CasanovaZelos: The masterpiece of the soft rock genre; what it lacks in sonic hardness is made up for with the raw emotions on display.

I have very little experience with most of these artists, I don't listen to a whole lot of music to be honest. But this topic has inspired me to listen to the top 3 tracks for each album entry and if I like what I hear then I'll listen to the whole album.

I think the most surprising thing here is the low placement of Is This It. It's weird going from a place where it's usually put on the same level as Funeral and Kid A for the 2000s to having rather little resonance here.

I'll be interested to see how the next batch of 25 goes - it's a more eclectic mix.
