Manchin talks about cutting things that help children all over the country. So why is it bad to suggest we make WV pay their fair share? I mean not a drop of a aid goes to that Hill until they are in the black.

I live in WV, never voted Manchin, and have many elderly people living at our complex that are reliant on this funding.

This is just how Republicans block aid for cities on the East Coast, then when someone bad happens to the gulf states, we are right there with aid. This gives them the power to fuck over everyone else and no that they will be protected.

Social entitlements should be state programs anyway. Give or take maybe social security, which would be... odd.
