Police arrived in the town of Portsmouth and found Baglione armed who then ran back into the house and shot himself dead. SWAT then went inside and found Soren dead as well..... Neighbors said the Alabama resident signed a contract to purchase the home he found even though he's NEVER seen it and signed the deed anyway because of a good deal...but he had buyer's remorse and demanded his money back but Soren could not undo the deal and refused to reverse the transaction. Soren was going to there to try to reason with him because he had called him, angry and demanded to return it and was going to reassure him that the property was worth the purchase. Soren is now being remembered by the local LGBTQ community as a dedicated member stating "We are heartbroken to announce our Hamptons Roads Pride family member, Soren Arn-Oelschlegel, our brother, friend, member and volunteer was fatally shot. Our love and support goes out to Soren's family and friends as we struggle to wrap our heads on this devastating loss. His kind and generous spirit left us too soon".
