Our right is to picket in front of them," said Chris Haynes. There is video of Haynes falling after a bus hits him at the plant. "They're coming out too fast, coming onto a public street," Haynes said. "They're not looking, someone is going to get hurt worse than they already have." Osborn is the president of the Bakery, Confectionery, Tobacco Workers and Grain Millers International Union. *He said bus drivers carrying non-union workers into and out of the plant hit three Kellogg's workers on strike. That union's president said they still support Kellogg's workers, but they need to go back to work so they don't break their current contract. Striking exists to shut down production in an attempt to get the company to renegotiate more favorable terms.
