this cba desperately needs nhl style salary restrictions. team cap and floor, as well as caps on individual contracts.

Overall, I think baseball is a dying sport. The game just isn't exciting enough. Most games are boring and will put you to sleep. MLB doesn't come close to the popularity of NBA or NFL.
