I had sold my Zm puts at about +70% (thank goodness) because there was a lot of time left and it had dipped a lot

Now I'm back in. Single 235p for $310 for next week. Bought it with pretty much the profits of the last play on Zm so not a huge risk but I feel like Zm to $200 range is plausible. Well see

Yessir. Should be a week out from finally going current. Could be announced this week but I'm guessing beginning of next week. Hoping to see my account back near/breach 200k from that alone, but more than anything hoping the merger is all lined up and ready to be announced. Let's go life-changing crypto merger!

So far all the custodianships I've warned about on the discord have been failures. Glad I never bothered with anyone else - Sharp was the one to trust for these crazy plays.

I mean that's entirely dependent on the merging company, and I don't like to be one of those "IT'S GOING TO $2!!!" people before we have any idea what the stock is even going to be. It's currently hovering around a 100m market cap around .04 and I want a 2bn+ company, 20xing from here with proper valuation. But even with a slightly disappointing company, .25 to .50 is not unrealistic in my opinion.

There are plenty of custodianships I've been looking at these past few months that breached .30 and were .02 to .05 before merger announcement, and the companies weren't really that great. Custodianship mergers just get insane amounts of hype. But as I said in my last post, there's also been a lot of garbage. Once again, my faith in George Sharp is more in his 17 year history as a scam investigator for the OTC markets than it is in his insane HMBL merger. Feels like the gains are gonna be big whether or not it lives up to Georgie fanboy expectations.

I've mostly avoided trading these last few months because if this pays off, who cares what else I may have missed. We'll find out soon enough. E: And I'll be sure to @ you when I sell/when big announcements are made. If you're not following GS on twitter, do that. I had to resurrect my twitter profile just for this!

I'll take a free lunch if that really is it. When I was on probation, there was a settlement against the probation office for literal extortion and I got close to two grand. This was back during broke Blur days. That was some fucking cool karma right there.

I specifically remember the letter in the mail I got saying you had to be an investor during a certain time period and that's it. But honestly, it should be just for people who lost money, so that's cool if that's the case.

It begins. GOFF going current! GVSI's Form 10 was submitted less than 24 hours later (they both had a 60 day waiting period from date of submission), so GVSI tomorrow is my guess.

It's literally on the Expert Market right now and has been for almost 60 days. The only people that have able to buy it are Canadians (shout out to Canadians for keeping it high). I've held my shares since before it went on the Expert Market and never sold.

When it goes current, it will be available to trade on every broker.

So ME announced they are redeeming their warrants, effective in a month. So right now the stock is trading at $8.70, which is significantly below the warrant exercise price of $11.50. So the warrants should have a pretty low value but they are actually up today and are at $2.15 for some reason. I sold my warrants today because I don't understand why they still have value.

As far as I can tell, everyone who owned it during a pretty long time period is in the class, but different people get different payouts depending on when you bought and sold. I'm like 90% sure the payout amount for people who turned a profit is zero, but it might be worthwhile to submit a claim in the off chance I'm misunderstanding it.

Oof. Not sure if this means we have to go through a whole 'nother 60 day wait period, but I really hope not. Just super glad I bought a bunch of GOFF now to diversify my George Sharp plays. Money might flow from GVSI into GOFF when it goes current in the coming days.

Investing in GOFF was certainly the move! Wish I was allocated 50/50 between it and GVSI instead of like 70% GVSI.

But now it's GOFF'S time to shine baby. If I was a merging company, I'd want GOFF's share structure anyway. Fuck internet hype; if the company is sound enough investors will come flocking anyway. GOFF's share structure is way, way better.

Buy the dip bros

I bought 400 more shares of BBIG's dip at $3. Part of me hopes it holds till I get my fat paycheck next week, the other part hopes it's moved so I can buy something else. Like Disney calls. 2023 190c seems super strong.
