I think I'm going to vote almost exclusively 3rd party from here on out.

I am incredibly disappointed that it looks like things like climate provisions, prescription drug reform, and a zillion other things that the majority of the country is supportive of is going to be cut from the infrastructure bill only to give more money to the wealthy and powerful.

Republicans never pretended to care, but democrats have successfully gaslighted me into believing they could make things better, but ultimately whatever liberal ideals they may theoretically have, those ideals are overridden by their institutional/corporate acquiescence.

So from here on out I think I'm going to vote 3rd party save for the chance somebody with a soul like Bernie somehow got the nomination. We need total political reform, and this "you lose I lose" game is just killing the country. And IMO the biggest thing keeping us in it is the delusion that we don't have the power to change it.

Not really. Most people are center-right or center-left and often float back and forth depending on the issue so both extremes just look like nut jobs to people with critical thinking skills. Meaning not the internet or Twitter.
