Around 15%. But I'll tip 20% if the service was good or if the staff is working hard at least.

Same. I start at 20% and round up to make the final bill divisible by 10.

So, it the bill is, say, $122.38, 20% would make it $146.86.

I'd give them $150.00

I like that. Normally I just pay for myself so my bills are usually $15-35 but I always like even numbers

No hard and fast rule.

Im usually the $5, $10 or $20 guy. Depending on the ticket and depending on how big of a place it is.

Im most generous to the little guys out there. 2-5 employee sized places.

Pretty much always 20%. I've only gone lower twice, cause the chicks were just standing around talking to coworkers and laughing while we were sitting waiting for the bill for like 15 minutes on a slow evening. I did 30% once because the waiter was amazing, first and only waiter I've had that actually waited for me to stop chewing food before asking me questions and was prompt on everything.
