It's not a conspiracy to say the Defund the Police nut jobs and outright acceptance of demonizing all police is costing votes from people who would be allies. It's not a conspiracy to say absolutely unreasonable wailing about so-called "cultural appropriation" just gives the far right actual examples of insanity to point to.

The point is this: the unreasonable antics of the so-called progressives is giving a fountain of real examples for the far right to point to, even if there isn't any deranged critical race theory movement.

Meanwhile the far left extremists live in a fantasy world where anyone who dissents is a Nazi, totally oblivious to the damage they are doing.

What a lot of progressives want to make cops actually be able to manage their roles by adding mental health crisis professionals because when cops kill people its the taxpayers that end up footing the bill for the eventual settlement
