Yes, Im proud. And before offered that, I was offered the supervisor depending on what their corporate does with the outside crew that they spend a ton of money on. So its a position til that happens. I will be working with my brother too, which we are a pretty good team if hes not in one of his moods.

Congratulations, are you enjoying it so far? For me, it comes down to the tasks, how management treats you, pay and benefits. Im not going to work a place for less than 14$.
