24 y/o Jannelle Broland from Texas, a restaurant manager had HOT SPICY SOUP thrown at her face by an angry customer because they said it was so hot that the plastic melted into the soup and got angry despite being offered a REFUND!!

It happened at Sol De Jalisco, a popular mexican restaurant when broland can be seen talking with the woman before the heifer then takes the lid off and points at it and then abruptly flings it to her face and grabs the male behind her out the door!!

The tiktok video has gone viral as broland said the experience was self traumatizing and heartbreaking and tells Dailymail that her spirit had been broken knowing someone could be so awful and laugh about it

The unidentified woman is now facing charges as Officer Allen Teston said "We do not condone this type of behaviour and hold our citizens to the highest standards"..

Broland said the heifer called up the restaurant first to complain about the lid and was inconsolable despite offering a free meal and refund but she kept yelling and when she asked her please not to talk down to her, the woman yells "i can talk to you anyway the f*** i wanted" and she said "no, ma'am, you will not" and hung up the phone.

The heifer returned with a man and again, everytime Janelle mentions to offer a refund or free replacement the woman could cut her off and kept saying this was f***ing ridiculous and berated her before tossing the soup at her face

Broland said she felt like she was pepper sprayed but was not seriously injured other than wiping the "very spicey" soup from her eyes and nose

By the time she left, people already recorded the woman outside and her license plate.

Janelle is now waiting for a court date after running into the bathroom crying with a woman helping her

She was comforted by her small community and close knit staff and she expected this to go viral as she wants people to see the kind of treatment they get in the restaurant business from crazy customers

Let's cancel "The customer is always right", because it keeps breeding assholes like this. Throwing hot soup in someone's face is not something you do if you view fast food workers as people.

Or have faced actual concequences for your actions. Wonder when the weeping video of her going "That's not me, I'm not like that!" comes out?
