Him not living there has nothing to do with his being attacked unprovoked by an unhinged person who was threatening to kill people.

Rosenbaum did not attack Rittenhouse to save anybody or that he was bothered by the gun or any of that nonsense.

It was literally a man who left the mental hospital hours before, couldn't get his bipolar disorder meds, and just came down to Kenosha and started trashing things, starting fires and threatening to kill people.

I already did. The trial shows he arrived and spent several hours with no incident. There are videos over an hour long and tons of witnesses, brought on by the prosecution, that have corroborated that he was walking around giving medical aid and putting out fires.

At no point did he antognize anybody, or get into fights or anything. There are witnesses who said people were throwing things and he did nothing and that he stayed away from a much more violent area. There are witnesses who also said that everybody there had a gun and that nobody was theatened by the presence of armed gunmen. Again, all witnesses for the prosecution.

Witnesses also testified that Rosenbaum was the only person making threats that night, asking people to shoot him, telling people he's gonna cut their heart out and was walking around with a chain.

Hours later, Rittenhouse was walking over to put out a fire, when Rosenbaum ambushed him from behind a car for no real reason. It wasn't because the gun was threatening him or he was trying to be a hero.

Just being in an open carry state with a gun is not incitement, especially when all the evidence shows nobody was incited by it, and that Rosenbaum was clearly unhinged.

Did you even read my post? Several witnesses testified everybody had a gun there, including the rioters, including the medic Gaige, who was shot.

I'm not sure where you're getting 2 hours or why you're linking that to Rosenbaum being riled by him, when Rittenhouse merely happened to walk by. Rosenbaum was simply causing chaos all night.

And I already went over on the last page why ascribing intent to kill for just arriving with a gun, which are carried for defense, even to protect property, is completely asinine, and opens up a can of worms that would fuck everybody over.

It would allow prosecutors to use dumb ass shit like "why were you in the bad part of town with a gun" when the obvious answer would be "for protection" and not "I was looking for an excuse to kill"

And it would allow the right to use "we felt threatened" to shoot any anti-protestors showing up to their stuff.
