Its released today, it says it is supposed to be good to go at 11am in my timezone. What is going on?

You're not supposed to hit the enemy. The combat uses some silly dice roll mechanic so you miss most of the time.

Glad its not just me. I got PTSD from when Sony permanently locked me out of all my digital PS4 games randomly lol
