Current Events > Im still a sceptic. But my bfs house is haunted.

My bf said a pot with plnt he put on a chair leaning against the backrest. He heard a loud noise and it was on the floor, fallen in front of the chair, which would be impossible. I tested to put it on the edge and see if it was affected by jumping close to the chair etc but it didnt move at all.

Also at night there is usually a knock from upstairs which Ive heard many times.

One time when we came home after a trip, I went in first, I had the sense something was off and then I heard footsteps going towards the bedroom, but there was no one there.

And other stuff like random stuff disapearing. One time we played cards, and a card just disapeared, looked for it everywhere and several years later it has never been found.

I still dont want to believe this and try to find reasonable explanation but the plant thing is totally unexplainable.

I mean, if your answer to something you can't explain is ever "it's a ghost" rather that "I don't know", that's not at all reasonable.

Still.....let's say it is a ghost. Don't leave. Try to document it. Chances are it can't do shit to you. You probably aren't in danger. Imagine if you proved ghosts exist. You'd be in the history books

Those steps you hear is just probably some infrasound. And thinking your place is haunted because you lost something? My mom was just asking about 3 paring knives that have gone missing. None of us know shit, but I doubt we have a knife stealing ghost.

You are right to be a skeptic. Ghosts do not exist.

True. I'm more inclined to think it is some kind of other dimensional being than a spirit. There is some theories that say Shadow People are often mistaken for ghosts. Also that those Shadow People might look just like us in their world. And to them, we look like Shadow People

But I don't know. I used to be more into crazy shit like that.

I dont know if you are being sarcastic or not but I don't claim it's actually what's going on. Just that it is one theory I have heard that I personally think is more rational than it being spirits of dead people.

I think there is a higher chance of there being a multiverse than an afterlife
