It will perpetually be delayed until after the next election. Big pharma and the prison industry doesnt want it legal, but politicians will keep dangling it in front of voters.

Not until everybody's corporate donors are poised to completely absorb the market. I live in a state where it's legal recreationally, and you're already seeing it at that level. There was a story on the local news about how you need a special state license to open a business, and they only issued licenses to like 3 mega corporations, no local businesses. They were protesting outside the store or whatever, but no one cared.

That's messed up. Washington State in the beginning had a lottery for licenses. My friend actually ended up getting one. He studied agriculture, and his brother grew Marijuana for medical purposes with hydropoics so he was able to put it to good use.
