The ingredients

They do that on purpose so it's more addictive. When you make a sandwich, you're probably not using bread with more sugar than some cakes. Along with a bunch of ingredients that have been modified over years to receive the best scores in taste tests (plus god knows whatever other addicting stuff)

You're just making a sandwich.

Although you can learn how to make a better one.
