I've done 3 four-day cycles of PPLR now. Feeling pretty good. Binge drank last night, sorta fucked up my routine. Was up super late, now I feel like shit. Also ended up eating whataburger which fucked up my diet. Fortunately today is my rest day anyways.

I think tomorrow I'll start being more strict with recording my weights and tracking progress.

Went out for fancy dinner with my wife yesterday. Had intended to wear the shirt I got married in. I can't button the top two buttons at all. The chest buttons would pop off if I moved much. Tummy area buttons just fine. I can't roll down the sleeves over my arms.

I was unable to wear it but I've apparently bulked up my upper body quite a bit. It's nice to see actual proof beyond just lifting numbers going up.
