There was an opportunity and I grabbed it. I feel bad about it now though. It happened years ago and suddenly this little fact popped into my head. Why does my brain want me to feel bad? It must be stupid because if I feel bad that means my brain feels bad as well because it's a part of me so my brain is getting all fucky for no reason at all. I used to be able to control it, at least for a while, but these days I only need a second to completely lose it. I don't like it, it's scary for the people around me. And I do stupid stuff that only hurts myself. Yesterday I had a problem with my tv, channels got fucked up and were in a different order. So I grabbed the little booklet thing so I could learn how to edit stuff because I don't know shit. I accidentally deleted a channel, I still don't know how. I wanted to get it back but of course it's gone forever. And just like that I jumped up, threw the booklet against the wall and kicked the shit out of it while screaming at it. After that, I punched the wall and I fucked up my hand. I used to be able to cope with stuff so much better. Nowadays the stupidest little things can set me off and I lose it completely and then I do stupid stuff like kick a little fucking manual. And like really stomp on it while cursing at it. I mostly take it out on myself or on the nearest object that's not breakable. I don't wanna start throwing plates or knives around or whatever. I fear what would happen if I have an episode like yesterday but with people that I don't know instead. I'm usually good at avoiding conflict and just shrugging it off, but if they manage to get me over that line...
