A molotov simply wouldn't be enough to down a tank, especially since modern tanks have the latest state of the art equipment making it easier for anyone in a tank to spot hostile forces without having to climb ontop of the tanks haul and risk being shot. You know, 360 cameras and thermal cameras, hull mounted machine guns...
