It was rather odd, even by Canvas Curse standards. You blew up (like a balloon, obviously), and when Kirby grew big enough, he popped, stunning all enemies on screen. Not damaging them, mind you. Just stunning them. It never made an appearance in any other Kirby game ever again. It was likely just made for Canvas Curse and its unique mechanics, and thus was not needed after that.
