I'm really liking this part so far. Jolyne is a great JoJo, and out of the JoBros I like Emporio, Weather Report and Foo Fighters. Still undecided on Ermes. The fights are great, my favourite one so far was probably Jumping Jack Flash (though I am a science nerd and therefore biased :D). Assuming Pucchi is the main villain (which seems reasonable to me given the DIO connection) I'm really looking forward to seeing what he wants to do. I understand that DIO had a plan to achieve heaven, which Pucchi wants to carry out on his behalf?

But yeah, I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of the part!

I like how weird and creepy Emporio opening the one ghost room, and finding Weather Report and the other dude just hanging out translated to anime

Its amazing, I just wish they would drop the rest. Its obvious theyre holding the second half hostage to milk another month of subs from people who are only here for Jojo.

Fights are starting out a little more strategic than past seasons did. I like that. Jolyne is cool. I like that she takes Jotaro's catch phrase and changes it. She's crass, but respects her mama unlike Jotaro.

Jotaro seemed pretty nerfed before they wrote him out. Young Jotaro would've smashed through all the walls to get out. This one barely punches metal gates open.

I'm hoping that we see or at least hear what happened to Joseph. If he's alive he's even more senile. If he's dead, I'd like to have it be revealed for closure. He's a cheating hoe, but I still was fond of him.

Yeah this drop covered just under a third of the manga so if theyre still batch dropping there should be two more

Its been a really good adaptation so far.

Araki perfected stand fights starting from the last battle of part 4. It's a strategic back and forth with villains who are clever and cunning in their own right while part 3 and the majority of 4 is just the protagonists getting ambushed and terrorized by the enemy stand for the majority of the battle before realizing its weakness and then usually one shotting them.

I love it. So far it's #2 behind Diamond Is Unbreakable for me. Absolutely loving this so far. Watched it all on Saturday last weekend. Couldn't stop.
