Chippy is a time-traveling evil Chipmunk who was the arch-villain that my niece defeated in nearly every story I told her since birth. Every time he's arrested, he's thrown in Time Jail in which your sentence starts at the Big Bang and ends when you committed the crime.

At this point, Time Jail is full of thousands of Chippies from various points in his timeline, but Old Chippy was the final form until this happened. Old Chippy had a changed due to a lifetime of regret, but being blasted into youth again renewed his vigor to make a difference.

Now, Chippy defends Earth and even our universe against intergalactic and interdimensional threats across time and space - including Chippies from the past, alternate reality Chippies, an evil Santa Claus from the Negative-Xmas Dimension and more!

There are comics available for 9-year-olds. For example, the Sonic the Hedgehog comic

Your comic is cool, but I don't think that you need to go to all of that trouble when other people have made similar comics

In the past, I had plot lines where chippy would escape time jail and let the other chippies out as well, causing Mass chaos. Now I plan on having similar ones except this chippy has to catch them.

I have 9 years' worth of expanding Chippy lore. Time jail is a prison designed for the worst criminals in the universe, and it has an unlimited number of cells and is basically inescapable because it's positioned between six black holes shaped like a diamond. It was placed in a bubble one second after the big bang began, and exists until the end of time. It's basically full of Chippies throughout history, and at one point Chippy made a new Time Jail out of individual bricks that each contained pocket universe Time Jails.

The robots that guard it are from Planet Borot - a world where life evolved electronically instead of like everywhere else. It orbits a special star called Alpha Robotari and Planet Borot has a moon called BIOS that the robots store backups of their personality on, just in case their bodies are destroyed.

Chippy, even during his evil phase, occasionally had anti-hero episodes where he had to save Earth from the robots. Since Chippy lives on Earth, he is rather protective of it. Planet Borot can open a wormhole to the solar system, which chippy abuses when escaping from time jail.
