The only CR PF helm I've ever found had 4 flat stats

There's probably some kind of algorithm that knows you have certain character/ knows what stats it desires/ then reduces chances you get those. Although I'm probably just being paranoid.

I did get a perfect CW set for Hu before she first came out.

lol of course it doesn't exist, that would be ridiculous. How would it even work? How would lines of code in a gacha game be able to tell what players want and act against that? Being able to calculate and predict what people want based on the things they have and their actions in game would be SO difficult. The level of hard work and innovation would be unbelievable. And somehow every gacha game is using this technology but no one has ever leaked its existence to the public?

The fact that it seems to exist can easily be explained by human psychology. I think most of the people talking about a "desire sensor" are joking but don't believe them regardless.

So I put my R5 Solar Pearl and Shimenawa's Reminiscence on Ningguang and the amount of damage she does with her 7-star-jade charged attack is straight up unholy.

I'd like Gorou but don't want any of the others so it's too risky for me. Weapon banner looks tempting ngl. I could give the claymore to Noelle and Harp to Fischl.

I'm not rolling for Itto. I'm ~20 pulls away from the weapon pity and I want Noelle's claymore.

Honestly, I'm not sure Gorou is all that necessary. I've used a 100% Geo team and easily crushed the entire spiral Abyss with Noelle using Whiteblind, and that new claymore will probably increase her DPS by almost 50%

I especially don't like support 4-Star characters that ideally need their c6. Gorou's +CD is really nice, wish I could just get him without having to get constellations

I'm pulling mainly for Gorou cons and wouldn't mind getting Itto since not much else I want is on the horizon, but he isn't exactly hype inducing. Basically Noelle without healing. I'm sure he'll be a bit stronger than her, but at the end of the day healing is more valuable for team comp than bigger numbers.

I like how Geo MC has existed since the very beginning, yet somehow her ridiculous damage scaling on her E (and the huge amount of particles it generates) has somehow gone under my radar for a year.

I only wish Anemo and Electro were as good as Geo. Hopefully Dendro is good since she's going to be one of the main users for a while lol.

If the construct it made didnt exist Id use it a lot more. It just obstructs the field to me.

Geo Trav is literally unusable to me because he clogs the field with constructs and had a lot of serious bugs back when I used him (lifting enemies, which may reset, heal them, or even make them impossible to fight until the construct breaks).

Anemo Trav is way too horrible with the way it easily gets canceled (cue overload) and makes you chase enemies, who might even get thrown off the cliff and reset.

I thought of raising Electro Trav, but then I got Raiden instead, so it's useless now.

Hopefully Dendro Trav will be useful, but knowing Mihoyo, either Yaoyao or Little Lord Kusanali will make it completely useless, too

Seriously, this. Sure, that C6 gives you a massive crit bonus that you do want if you can get it. But even without that you're getting a Geo damage boost and a MASSIVE defense one. I guarantee you will see noticeable improvement on Noelle if you build him up at any constellation level. C6 is just gilding the lily really.

So all joking aside, with the new claymore and Gorou, Noelle legitimately seems like she could be moving into the actual serious meta.

I suspect Noelle might see top abyss usage because of the healing she does. There's not really many characters that can do tons of damage and healing at the same time.

I use Aether with Zhongli and Noelle so it's worth it to me. In addition to the steele resonance petrify helps keep enemies in his arena when I cast the burst. And he gives extra crit and particles to Noelle so she can do her thing.

It takes a bit of practice but if you cast boulders to the side of enemies and keep some space between them it's less of an issue. Also, Noelle's big ass sword reaches through them so that helps too.

I've got a maxed out Jean and maxed out Kokomi, and Noelle without a doubt far exceeds both in DPS.

I suppose it also doesn't hurt that she provides her own shields and does full party healing, too.

Admittedly, I haven't tried Qiqi yet but I can't imagine that she's suddenly top tier.

Qiqi is a serious contender these days and probably does more damage than Keqing.

I think Albedo, Raiden, Traveller, and Eula work pretty well. Lock the enemies into a circle with Traveller, Albedo's blossom covers the area, then they can't escape the pain from Eula and Raiden lol

People are using 2 builds.

4pf + Aquila Favonia, this plays essentially the same as physical Keqing but just does more damage especially with a Raiden on the backline. Also keeps you healed.

Second build is 4pc clam with Favonius blade. About the same damage as physical but less consistent due to bubble whiffing. Works off field though.

Going with my experience with Qiqi at 80 with Gladiator's, I can't imagine she'd be on par with Noelle in overall DPS. She'd certainly heal more, though.

Noelle is going to win based off area effect alone. Qiqi's stubby arms can't reach very far.

For single Target damage Qiqi probably does more than Noelle on solo teams. With supports Noelle can get 100% uptime.

After getting Albedo, my Noelle usually has a full Ult well before her previous Ult expires. It's amazing. Geo Traveler can charge up almost half her Ult with her E as well. I never realized how easy it is to battery Noelle.

This is a pretty good weapon banner again - harp is a great weapon and the new claymore is great I assume for Itto and Noelle alike.

I know, mining is such a pain in the ass.

So I can reliably get 20 to 30k per hit with Noelle during her ultimate using R5 Whiteblind and Gladiator's.

I can only imagine what that new Claymore (which adds even more DEF-> DMG scaling) and the insane Gorou buffs would do to her damage.
