Depends on where you want to live. Nice safe area? Since the pandemic its now minimum 1,400 for a one bedroom apartment. Really nice area like Summerlin or Henderson? Probably 1,600.

Bad areas, probably still 1,100 for a one bedroom. Property values have skyrocketed. I dont live in the city of vegas itself but my house still went up over 100k in value in 6 months.

its awesome weather until June-mid sept. Where its 100s

lot of touristy things to do obviously. A lot of nature. Easy drives to California, Utah, Arizona

Its not expensive.

That said its not a good place to raise kids if you want to send them to college

I live in a 3 bedroom house in Summerlin for just under $1500 but I got incredibly lucky. People in my neighborhood are paying $1800+. My parents' neighbors, who live in a less desired area, pay around $2200 a month for a 3 bedroom. The pricing right now is kinda fucking out of whack.

Public transportation here is shit so keep that in mind too.
