The good thing about credits is that it gives theatre workers time to clean the theatre between showings, but with mid-credit scenes, theatre workers can't start to clean up until everyone leaves. Meaning between showings, there's less time to clear up spilt popcorn and shit. I worked in a cinema for a while in whatever year Logan came out. Even here in Australia, the amount of waste and garbage people leave behind at their seats is horrible. Whole containers of popcorn upended behind cinema seats, half full beverages sitting in the middle of the aisle etc. Shit sucks.
