Thats not the only thing that doesn't last long.

if it's a real panic attack, then the cause is my stomach (or liver, it's the vagus nerve)... but my panic attacks manifest as fake symptoms of more serious problems, in this case a stroke (used to be heart attack years ago).

So I get in a feedback loop where I can't tell if it's a real stroke or a fake stroke from the panic attack... with the heart attack it was easier to calm down since the fake heart attack is very easy to tell it's not a real one

Yeah panic attacks scare the shit outta me.

In my mind fiction a panic attack is when a version of you in another universe dies, and you feel something because youre entangled in some not understood manner

You never know when youre gonna be the one to trigger panic attacks in all the other countless versions

They usually dont last long, but they sure let you know theyre there!

this one really caught be off guard cuz I don't usually have panic attacks like this

I usually have a pre-panic 'aura' that takes like 5~15 minutes before the attack happens (or it slowly fades away)

This one, I just finished poopin' and I was washing my hands and my body was like "YO! PANIC ATTACK IN 3 SECONDS!" and I was like "wut" and then it happened

I've only had full blown panic attacks three times in four years so I'm lucky I suppose. Those mostly start with heart palpations and then the rest follows. The can last a while for me. Best thing that helps me is laying down now that I know what they are. I still get the odd panic feeling though. Anxiety issues suck.

Weird panic attacks usually last 4-5 minutes for me.
