if the vaccination stopped the spread then the argument would be valid for everyone absolutely but since it not only doesnt stop the spread but also doesnt even stop me personally from getting it Im not inclined to restrict peoples rights or freedoms for simply deciding it isnt for them

How many times does this need to be said? The vaccines work. They're effective. In the unfortunate chance that you do get the disease, the severity will be reduced. Spread still happens because people aren't getting vaccinated.

Thats a personal problem and should you decide youd like protection then get the vaccine for sure. The fact that you can still spread it regardless means its not a problem where we need to force everyone to get it.

No one is saying the vaccines dont help the individual, Im saying it doesnt help everyone as a whole when the vaccine simply cannot stop people from getting it or spreading it.

When will people stop pushing this notion of "it's not 100% effective" or "it doesn't stop it 100%" or "it doesn't prevent it" as a means to dissuade others from getting the vaccine? The vaccine makes society more resilient against the disease. There's no downsides to getting it (its even free).

If you contract COVID, where you contract it is an important clue as to what you need to do. The newer Omicron variety mimicks a common cold so it will be often asymptomatic especially if you are young and healthy. However, if you work in a densely populated area that never really deep cleaned... You might pick up heavy headaches and sore throat... That might be the Delta strain. In that case, you need to get the Monoclonal treatment as soon as humanly possible because if it gets in your lungs you're gonna have a bad time. For Omicron, consult your doctor but basically vitamins and bed rest.

By spreading facts instead of vitriol we can use this public platform to actually help people....
