I know a guy who is a big time trapper and cougar hunter and his best dog ever at treeing cougars was 8lbs soaking wet. Literally a tiny little yapping terrier that was more terrifying to big cats than any dog he owned and he had 8 or 10 dogs including a rhodesian Ridgeback and a... I can't remember what they're called now.
