Yeah the fights looked super sloppy. I heard it's cuz Keanu was too busy these days to fully choreograph fights with him like they did in the old movies.

I thought it was okay. It, like its predecessors, definitely has a message to send, and is pretty clear about sending it. Sometimes that works, and sometimes it doesnt.

I enjoyed it just fine, actually. Agreed on too many jump cuts, though. One scene they were just talking and they still managed to make it hard to follow.

I feel like the general cgi was fine/good, but certain effects looked amateurish

Lots of flickering and choppy looking frame rate scenes that looked terrible.

It's kind of crazy how the first film has action scenes that you can keep up with and understand what the hell is going on in comparison to this film that has all the bad habits of modern action films of fast jump cuts, poorly lit areas, shaky camera, shit blocking your way, etc. Sure the clip I showed is cheesy, but I will take that over what this movie tried to do.

They definitely rushed the action scenes (though I still thought some of them were good). I liked the concepts presented, there wasnt much of a plot, but I enjoyed the experience overall.

It was one of the worst movies ever made. It seems like a Family Guy joke about if they made a new Matrix movie these days. Yet it's a real movie.
