I'm not, the last time something was set up, over a course of like 6 years no less, it ended up being horribly disappointing. My expectations are extremely measured. It just worked. So when the ending came around, it seemed like they expected us to get excited about the grander picture, but the truth is most fans of Loki were more interested in that show itself than they were in the grander implications it had on the marvel universe. The only thing that bums me out is that it will probably reach its finale in an Avengers movie, rather than the show itself. I also mistakenly went into it thinking it was a one-off mini-series, and that there were actual stakes but nah, not really. When Mobius was pruned I was legitimately shocked and sad thinking the show was wrapping up, one of the only times the MCU did that to me, but it turns it wasnt actually a big deal and he comes back the next episode.
