Tripped and fell over a weight I left lying around and bent foot in a shitty position so now half my foot is swollen. Can't put full weight on both feet without agonizing pain. Need to limp/hop everywhere. Mobility is completely fucked for a week cause too lazy to put my weights to the side. ... Copied to Clipboard!

I once sprained my ankle at the beginning of a run and proceeded to put 10 miles on it like I had initially planned. Didn't stop me one bit, really only hurt when I twisted and moved it any sort of way. I kept it perfectly straight on my tip toes and it felt just fine.
