Polyjuice is awesome. Couples probably use it all the time.

Probably so, but never forget wizards and witches of the HP world used to just crap and pee on the floor and then use a spell to make it go away before they adopted plumbing

It seems like spells to enhance one's body rarely worked. There was a mention of a student who tried to magic away her acne only to make it worse for example.

Well yeah but she was a freshman or whatever. You dont think a talented transfiguration user couldnt effortlessly do whatever they wanted with themselves?

Im pretty sure Lockhart attempted an actual healing spell that backfired because he was a fraud and terrible with magic. Harry is lucky that the bones were the only thing that disappeared.

It wasn't what the spell was supposed to do, Lockhart just fucked it up.

So they can go around causing chaos and destruction by just botching mundane spells on purpose? No need to risk unwanted attention looking into all the spells that have the sole purpose of doing evil?

If you have an accent that impedes your pronunciation of what sound mostly like Italian/Latin spell names do you have to take vocal classes before you're allowed a wand?

Silent magic exists. It's difficult and requires extra training but you can do it.
