Looks like a lot of time and effort to make something that probably doesn't even taste good. Breakfast should be quick and simple. It's just a gimmick.

Dis is basically my breakfast, minus the egg, replace whatever is in that bowl with Cheerios, add some Greek yogurt and keifr, and a packet of Carnation Instant Breakfast in the milk. Though, I just remembered I boiled some eggs I had leftover from a Christmas breakfast(my brother was nice enough to do the cooking, I hate cooking), I keep forgetting to eat them.

Yeah, pasture raised eggs, turkey/regular bacon are already perfectly fine and healthy.
No orange juice, cereals, breads, fiber rich items, syrups or granola bars.

this is what i've been doing, although i usually have vanilla soy or unsweetened cashew. never cared for almond milk unless it's chocolate flavored.

i've never understood eating breakfast, especially a large one, every time i've tried in the past i just feel ill the rest of the day. mostly what i do in the morning is drink a large glass of water and maybe have a bit of fruit or a small amount of yogurt.

2 fried eggs, a banana, and some coffee. that's been my breakfast nearly every day for a few years now. Usually kick in a smoothie by "brunch" which tides me over for a solid late-lunch, which i eat anywhere between 2-3pm.

The first dish seems like something you have your butler make for you.

I make a breakfast burrito with veggies every morning, but that seems like at least twice the work. And all the dishes being the worse end. If you have someone else you're cooking for too and they agree to handle the back end. Id be into it.

I'll have to look into that, though, I have grown to really enjoy the yogurt and kiefr. I added the keifr in 2020 when I was taking IV antibiotics through a PICC line, a nurse working for the infectious disease specialist recommended it, I didn't want my gut biome to die off, so I gave it a shot, and liked it.
