Like eat like cave men and shit, and keep food raw as possible like meat, fruit, and grains? Do these people realize they only ate like that because they lacked the intelligence, and the resources/technology needed to have anything else? Also, do these people realize our Ancestral cavemen had life expectancy of 20-30 years old? Yeah, live healthy like them, to live a long life. Fucking morons.

Paleo has been around a while, bro. It has its benefits by eliminating processed shit and making you eat more real food. Its expensive to get into, however. And its hard to stick to if youre constantly on the go and dont have time for meal prep.

TC you don't actually seem to know what YOU'RE talking about

Many foods have more nutrients before being cooked, teeth health cam benefit from eating uncooked foods, and it's just a myth that they didn't live as long as us they only had high child mortality. Eating whole food plant based has always been known to be significantly healthier for you. Your gut works better, you barely need to wipe when you poop, you eat til you're satiated without gaining weight...

I'm not supporting the diet but you're just spewing American bullshit tbh

Almost everything you said is wrong.

You think they lack the intelligence? Well guess what? We're still the same species. Our species is roughly 300,000 years old, which means you have the same brain capacity that they did. The average lifespan was also a bit more then 20-30 years. Not to mention it was lower because of all the deaths in childbirth which lowers the average. The biggest reason for death though was predators and disease, not because of their diet. The only lack of intelligence involved here is your post with its astounding ignorance.

Raw meat was fine when they were all wild and hunted. The factory farmed ones we eat now? Those will give you parasites and salmonella.

Not really true. Wild animals have loads of parasites. Most of the modern day parasitic infections from meat in the US come out of people hunting deer and boar

I don't know why you would think this is a joke. The million years part may or may not be 100% accurate since I can't find a consistent time frame for when humans started cooking meat. It ranges anywhere from 500,000 years to 1.5 million years ago. Regardless of what it actually is though, the point is that humans started cooking meat long before our species ever showed up.

I meant as a species obviously, not that no individual ever eats raw meat as part of a certain dish. Other then a few nut bags no humans alive today eat raw meat on a regular basis., not counting sushi I suppose. Besides I meant more something with legs that you need to hunt down like our ancestors would have eaten.

Currently, this guy seems to be the face of the Ancestral diet going on atm. I didn't know cavemen had HGH, T-Shots, whole boiled eggs, protein powders, maple syrup, liver pills, and Himalayan salt back in the day, but according to the resident present cave dwellers on this board, what do I know. Maybe they just did. Maybe they were time travelers.

First and foremost is that while Paleolithic-era humans may have been fit and trim, their average life expectancy was in the neighborhood of 35 years. The standard response to this is that average life expectancy fluctuated throughout history, and after the advent of farming was sometimes even lower than 35. It's only in recent modern history, with the advent of nutrition, that life expectancy has soared.

I know this board have people that like to talk out of their ass, but stop it.

Another one:

Paleolithic 22 33 Neolithic 20 33 Bronze Age and Iron Age 26 Classical Greece 25 28

You guys are thinking of medieval/ancient era civilizations, where people would generally live to 70+ if they made it past infancy. Paleo man had a hard time reaching 50

Hunter-gatherers were the least successful type of human lifestyle that has ever existed. Agrarian societies replaced them everywhere they went for a reason
