I wish BLM was more than just a political statement. Then people can "have a conversation" about how the increased murder rate in the states has disproportionately affected the black community

They also stealth banned Pride stuff: we're not supposed to wear more than five colors. They told a gay coworker he couldn't wear his Pride earrings (or his Lego earrings lol).
Also floral patterns, as if women weren't already crazy restricted by the dress code. Can't wait to see if they decide the shorts I've worn the past few years in summer are now suddenly too short now that I have lady legs.

People don't like to discuss men's problems in general. We're supposed to be Superman and let all the bullets life fire at us bounce off from the physical variety to the emotional and mental ones.
