I mean, that's a pretty legitimate argument. There's no hard deadline for when the confirmation must occur, and there's no guarantee that a nominee from the President will receive a hearing/vote.

from my quick read of the court's decision, unfortunately OSHA did not mandate businesses with potential exposure to blood. they mandated businesses with 100 people. probably because that was intended by Joe Biden to be far more impactful.

The reason the admin did that was because COVID is far far more prevalent than BBP, and is transmitted via aerosol inhalation, not by contact with blood.

So I'm not sure what point you're trying to make in that statement.

If there is any civilization left in 100 years this era is going to get torn apart in history classes.
