I am very sleepy and I can't go to sleep. When I try. All I think about is how I am not where I want to be in life. I lost by house, I don't have a girl friend, then I think about heavy thinks like the morality of my love ones. And these things just keep swimming around my head and I can't get it to stop.

Uh maybe. Sounds like youre dwelling on things that you have no control over which is pretty unhealthy. Are you doing anything to better yourself?

Practice meditation by just focusing on breathing, tell yourself any problems that are important you'll think about after you wake up, and forgive yourself a little

That being said, I hear you, TC. My head starts swimming even through I'm dead tired from work and have to wake up early every single day of the week sometimes as early as 2am

But can't tell if that's just normal anxiety or something more. Seems like mostly normal imo.
